How does it reach my portals — is that secure?

Scan Inbox uses your dental lab's own portal logins and a dedicated case email. Files flow straight from the portal into your own folder — we don't sit between you and your clinics, and we don't store your clinical data.

Do I have to switch my lab software?

No. Scan Inbox is a standalone tool, not a lab-management platform. It files cases into the folder your existing CAD software already watches — nothing to migrate.
